We are aware of how essential it is for primary caregivers to have a reliable individual take care of their loved one while they take a much-needed break. The temporary care that we offer is known as “respite care,” and it is designed to give family caregivers a break from the continuous care that they have been giving for a loved one.
Heavenly Touch Care Ltd. does not require a contract for our services, which can be done on a temporary basis if needed.
Respite Care Works
In the comfort of your own home, a member of our care management team will come to visit with you and your loved one. Because of this, we are able to get to know both you and your loved one, as well as watch your typical daily activities.
Together, we will develop an individualised care plan. The care plan will include detailed instructions on how we are going to provide assistance and care for you. We make it a point to make sure that our respite services are the same as the regular care and help you get.
During the time that we spend with your loved one, we make it a priority to have an open line of communication between you and the members of our care team. This is done to keep you informed and confident in our care.
Our goal is to provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your loved one is in good hands with us.
respite care is structured
We provide a comprehensive selection of adaptable respite care services. Our visits can be one-time only or scheduled on a regular basis in order to provide the primary caregiver with an opportunity to take a break from their responsibilities. In the event that there is an emergency and prompt care is required, we are also able to provide our services.
Care during a respite period might last for as little as an hour or two each week or as long as several weeks while the primary caregiver is away on vacation. Our support services range from:
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- Support for complex needs
- Housework etc.
Our degree of care is largely determined by the routines that you normally follow. We intend to make a temporary change in the caregiver as uncomplicated for you and the person you care for as is compassionately possible.
